What about bagging and tagging the wrong man?  Add to the massive casualty list of War on Some Drugs/Plants, z-of-marijuana">an unarmed, soon to be husband and father .  His crime, punishable by instant execution ?  Making "furtive movements" towards the best and brightest worst and dullest and buying less than 2oz of a plant (as most dealers do, right?).  Turns out he wasn't even the big-time drug dealer detectives swore he was under oath.  The ability to read is not required for Las Vegas detectives it would seem.

Unfortunately, there are too many people who have learned nothing  of America's history with prohibiting  certain  substances.  More unfortunate are the senseless deaths, imprisonments and lives wasted on a government manufactured problem, with the massively successful government response .
