41 Obama/Soetoro White House  aides 'owe' the IRS  money.  Even the Treasury department (home of the IRS) has employees that are behind on their 'taxes' (Most noteably the idiot  who runs the whole damn department.  On a related note, the IRS is the only federal agency where an employee can be fired  for not paying their taxes but apparently is not an impairment for being hired).

I used quotations above because federal employees don't really 'pay' any taxes at all.  They are forced to go through the same yearly ritual April 15th as productive people/businesses, but it's really just a farce since they're returning a portion of their 'income' back to the Treasury, which itself is derived from the taxes real tax payers.
