Just like the Praying Mantis, the Philidelphia police have no problem devouring one of their own.  Case in point, two of Philly's 'finest' robbed what they thought was a drug dealer of 20lbs of pot and $3k in cash.  But like most of their brethren, their 'thinking' only extends to what they can point their gun at and the 'drug dealer' they robbed was an undercover brother .
