TSA misses 75% of fake explosives in tests



This video is from 2008.

Note  that private security, while not perfect, are 3.75 times more efficient than government goons at finding explosives.  Wouldn't it be easier to start at a 20% failure rate and work towards 0, rather than start at 75%?
